  • HOT has established, implemented and maintaining the documented procedure for Design Development to Product Validation including complete design packages in line with API Spec Q1 and ISO requirements for planning & controlling the Design & Development activities of the products and services thru, Design and Development Planning, Inputs, Outputs, Review, Verification and Final Review Validation & Approval and control on Design changes in line with API Spec Q1 and ISO requirements.
  • HOT is supported by its In-house Engineering equipped with latest 3D and 2D CAD systems and Stress Analysis FEA systems for solutions required relating to manufacturing, remanufacturing and reconditioning activities.
  • HOT is capable of doing the Design for Surface and Subsea Well Head and Tree Equipment, Drill Through Equipment, Control Systems for Drilling Well Control Equipment and Diverter Equipment and Repair, Remanufacture, Refurbishment, and Overhauling of Drill Through Equipment.
  • HOT is capable of doing the Design for control system with Hydro-Pneumatic, Electro- pneumatic and Hydro-Pneumatic-Electric system with PLC and HMI input controls right from diagnosing the process & application requirements, creation of P&ID’ s, System Design, Integration and Validation per relevant customer as well as code requirements.
  • HOT Wherever required goes on for the creation of design packages including design calculations, creation of BOM’s and relevant traceability records thru engineering with design verification and validation in line with API Spec Q1 and ISO requirements.

HARSHU's PRODUCT CAPABILITIES

HOT uses Top of the line machines are used for accuracy, precision and high-quality finish. Each product will be inspected, assembled and tested with proper specifications being followed. 

  • Design to Manufacture/Remanufacture: Adhering to API Spec Q1 and ISO standards, covering relevant API and non-API product standards related to pressure control and system integration.
  • BOP Control Systems: Manufacture, repair, and refurbish advanced PLC-based and HMI-enabled drilling well/BOP Control Systems for surface applications, in compliance with API-16D.
  • Drill Through Equipment: Repair, remanufacture, and recertify (COC & COS) drill through equipment, including BOP and BOP Stack systems like RAM and Annular type Blowout preventers, as per API-16AR.
  • Wellhead and Tree Completion Equipment: Manufacture, repair, and refurbish wellhead and tree completion equipment in accordance with API-6A.
  • High Pressure Test Units: Manufacture high-pressure test units with working pressure ranges up to and above 30,000 psi (2000+ bar) for hydraulic, oil, and gas mediums. These test units are available in unit-mounted, portable, skid-mounted, and high-flow electric-driven styles.

HARSHU's PROCESS CAPABILITIES

HOT is fully capable of providing complete Design to manufacture solutions with machining, welding, assembly, pressure testing etc. using fully validated procedures with state-of-the-art Test, Measure and Monitor equipments fully calibrated per API Spec Q1 and ISO requirements.

  • Capable of Design and Develop products and components per the Customer requirements and relevant standard requirements. Validated per API Spec Q1 and ISO requirements.
  • Receiving, In-Process & Final Inspections are performed per standards and statutory compliances using suitable Measuring and Monitoring Instruments with appropriate Calibration as per the Quality Requirements. Validated per API Spec Q1 and ISO requirements.
  • Performs NDE Inspection using Validated procedures in line with API Spec Q1 and ISO requirements on UT, RT, LP and MP Process and per ASNT and ASME standards and statutory compliances 
  • Performs Welding operations in line with API Spec Q1 and ISO requirements using process validated certifications by TPI’s such as DNV, TUV on process qualifications per WS, WPS, PQR and WPQR in compliance with ASME section IX & AWS D1.1
    a) Capable of Welding of Low Alloy Steel, Carbon steel and Duplex steels.
    b) Performs GMAW, GTAW, SAW & SMAW Welding operations using Machines which are duly Calibrated
  • Performs Assemblies per the Assembly BOM & Drawings and procedures with Relevant Quality Control Checks as per the Quality Plans of HOT.
  • Performs Pressure Testing up and above 30,000 Psi Pressure Range to Validate the Product as per the Quality Requirements.
Be it any, the above stands are mandatory, one cannot just go with equal drawings, need to do the re-engineering Design packages for all R&R equipment’s and get COC's with Proper Design Packages mandatorily and HOT committed to do them as per the requirements of API 16AR.
